1. Customer Service Officer (Teller) I

Job Grade: VII

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in microfinance or banking sectors is preferred

2. Branch Accountant I

Required Number: 3
Job Grade: IX

Educational Qualification:

• MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking and Insurance Management, Management, or related fields

Experience Requirement:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years working in an accountant role
• Experience in microfinance or banking sectors is preferred

3. Branch Manager I

Required Number: 3
Job Grade: XI

Educational Qualification:

• MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking and Insurance Management, Management, or related fields

Experience Requirement:

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch management roles
• Experience in microfinance or banking sectors is preferred

4. Branch Chief Cashier I

Required Number: 3
Job Grade: VIII

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
• Experience in microfinance or banking sectors is preferred

5. Senior Legal Service Officer

Required Number: 1
Job Grade: XI

Educational Qualification:

• LLM or LLB Degree

Experience Requirement:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience as a legal consultant in the financial sector is preferred
