Position 1: CRO

Educational Qualification

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CRO in the financing area.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Retail & MSME Officer III

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience at Officer level.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 3: Camera Man

Educational Qualification

  • BSc in Computer Science or Diploma in Electronics, Photography & Video, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Officer or Assistant position.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software.

Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience at Officer level.

Position 5: Senior Digital Channel Business Sales Officer

Educational Qualification

  • BSc/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience at Officer level.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 6: Manager – Diaspora and Institutional CRM

Educational Qualification

  • MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of banking experience in financing and investment.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manager, Senior Officer, Team Leader, or an equivalent leadership position.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 7: Business Manager

Educational Qualification

  • MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years as a Branch Manager, or 1 year as a District Operations Manager, Team Leader, or an equivalent position.
