Ovid Real Estate is inviting experienced and qualified professionals to apply for senior project management positions in its construction division. The company is looking for skilled leaders with strong technical expertise and proven experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Position 1: Project Manager – Comprehensive Finishing Division
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in finishing works.
- Practical experience using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise finishing projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and subcontractors effectively.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and industry standards.

Position 2: Project Manager – Site Work & Infrastructure Division
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience managing infrastructure and site development projects.
- Proven experience in civil works, road construction, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site work and infrastructure construction projects.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, and resources.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
