Position 1: Project Manager – Comprehensive Finishing Division

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in finishing works.
• Practical experience using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise finishing projects from start to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and subcontractors effectively.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and company policies.

• Proven experience in civil works, road construction, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site work and infrastructure construction projects.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
