Position: Client Service Representative

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree or Diploma in a health-related field, preferably in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
