Job Purpose 

We’re searching for individuals with vibrant personalities, adaptability, and the ability to make others feel comfortable — the perfect qualities for our cabin crew team.

As an Emirates Cabin Crew member, you’ll be the face of our airline, assisting passengers throughout their journey. You must be approachable, attentive, and capable of offering exceptional support.

This role goes far beyond providing service; ensuring passenger safety is our top priority. You’ll be expected to take initiative and lead with confidence in handling onboard safety, security, and service operations — skills developed through Emirates’ world-class training at our cutting-edge facility in Dubai.

Qualifications (Paraphrased)

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to deliver outstanding service to people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Minimum education: High school graduate (Grade 12).

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes to access safety equipment onboard.

  • No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates uniform.

  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Candidates should also be highly motivated, professional, and capable of maintaining excellence under pressure. You’ll be expected to provide a genuine, world-class experience to passengers, representing Emirates’ values of professionalism, empathy, innovation, and global mindset.

Salary & Benefits (Paraphrased)

  • Tax-free income with competitive pay structure:

    • Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month

    • Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (average 80–100 hours/month)

    • Average Total Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280)
