Stride International Daycare & Preschool is inviting qualified, passionate, and dedicated candidates to apply for the following full-time job opportunities in Addis Ababa.

1. Assistant Teacher – Early Years

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience.

Required Skills:

  • Patient, responsible, and team-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.
  • Experience with Montessori and Cambridge Early Years programs is an added advantage.

2. Caregiver – Infant & Toddler Care

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.

Required Skills:

  • Patient, nurturing, and reliable.
  • Knowledge of child development and child safety practices.
  • Ability to provide quality care for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

3. Main Teacher – Cambridge Early Years

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experience teaching Cambridge Early Years curriculum.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, play-based, and child-centered learning activities.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

4. Special Needs Psychologist

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Speech Therapy, ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Feeding Therapy is an advantage.
  • Compassionate and skilled in supporting children with different developmental and learning needs.
