Position: Trainee Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Health, or related fields. 0–1 year of relevant experience, including internships or project‑based work.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English . Keen eye for visualization and design; ability to create compelling dashboards, layouts, and graphics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional analytical tools are an advantage. Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. Strong motivation for continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
Support research, analysis, and project delivery across public‑sector and private‑sector engagements. Develop structured visuals and data‑driven insights for presentations, dashboards, and reports. Contribute to problem‑solving sessions and team discussions. Assist in designing solutions that drive measurable impact for clients.
