1. Customer Relationship Manager – Head Office, Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields Experience: 4 years banking experience, including 2 years as officer in financing/credit Competencies: Credit analysis, customer acquisition, IFB product knowledge, communication & presentation
2. Corporate Customer Relationship Manager – Head Office, Addis Ababa
Qualification: Master’s/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields Experience: 3 years (Master’s) / 5 years (BA) banking experience, including 2 years as senior officer in financing/CRM Competencies: Corporate client management, strategic advisory, IFB product knowledge, problem‑solving
3. Senior Banking Business Officer – Dire Dawa Jerba Branch
Qualification: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields Experience: 3 years banking operations, including 2 years as branch banking officer Competencies: Branch operations, sales & marketing, customer experience, IFB product knowledge
4. Principal District Banking Business Officer (Re‑advertised) – Dire Dawa Jerba
Qualification: Master’s/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields Experience: 4 years (Master’s) / 6 years (BA) banking operations, including 2 years as senior officer in branch banking Competencies: Communication, coordination, coaching & mentoring, internal control, knowledge of core banking applications
5. Branch Manager – Bambasi Branch
