Engage with government and private sector stakeholders to unlock investment opportunities. Provide technical oversight of IFC advisory programs in Ethiopia and the region. Collaborate with World Bank teams to enhance enabling environments for priority sectors. Qualifications: Master’s in Economics, Law, Finance, Business, or related field. 10–12 years’ experience in private sector development, regulatory reform, and advisory programs. Strong track record in investment climate reform and sector‑specific engagements.
