YENCOMAD Construction, a Grade One General Contractor (GC-1), is inviting qualified professionals and fresh graduates to apply for the following vacant positions. The company is engaged in a wide range of civil engineering projects, including road and building construction, water works, airfield development, and infrastructure maintenance throughout Ethiopia.

1. Office Assistant

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Construction Technology and Management (COTM), Economics, Marketing, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Open to 2025 and 2026 graduates only.

Gender

  • Female applicants only.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa Head Office.

2. Executive Secretary

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree or College Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa Head Office.

3. Senior Data Processor (4 Positions)

Educational Qualification

  • College Diploma in Information Technology.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa Head Office and project sites.

4. Stock Controller (3 Positions)

Educational Qualification

  • College Diploma in Supplies Management, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Alemgena–Butajira and Koshe Mito–Werabe Asphalt Road Projects.

5. Quarry Foreman (3 Positions)

Educational Qualification

  • Certificate, Level II, 10+2, or higher qualification in Construction or an equivalent field.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of road construction experience.

Duty Station

  • Project sites.

6. ERP & IT Infrastructure Support (4 Positions)

Educational Qualification

  • BSc or MSc Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa Head Office and project sites.

7. Senior Heavy Machinery Mechanic (8 Positions)

Educational Qualification

  • College Diploma in Auto Mechanics.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa and project sites.

8. System Developer & Administrator

Educational Qualification

  • BA/BSc Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, HTML, Java, C#, Python, SQL Server, and MySQL is mandatory.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

  • Head Office.

9. Senior Auto Electrician

Educational Qualification

  • College Diploma in Auto Electricity or a related discipline.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.

10. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Educational Qualification

  • BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

11. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Educational Qualification

  • BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

12. Head of Human Resource Administration & General Services Section

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar managerial position.

  • Dembel City Center, Addis Ababa.

13. General Manager

Educational Qualification

  • BSc, MSc, BA, MA, MBA, or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Economics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role within a Grade One construction company.
