Position 1: Videographer & Video Editor

Job Summary

Reality Construction & Real Estate is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to produce engaging marketing content that highlights the company's properties, architectural designs, and lifestyle experiences. The successful candidate will manage the entire video production process, from concept development to final editing, while working closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in video production, filming, and post-production editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound setup
• Ability to create visually appealing content with excellent storytelling skills
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics and visual effects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Previous experience producing real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred

Position 2: Office Engineer

Reports To

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimates for construction sites
• Review and prepare contracts and project agreements
• Revise, print, and distribute engineering drawings
• Develop master and monthly project schedules
• Prepare subcontractor and labor payment reports
• Analyze project variations and claims
• Coordinate material requests and communicate procurement needs
• Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes
• Improve communication between project sites
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows project schedules
• Maintain regular communication with site engineers
• Submit reports and updates to management

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Position 3: Content Creator

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Excellent writing skills for social media captions and marketing content
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand positioning
• Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using smartphones or professional cameras
• Strong creativity with a good eye for composition and visual presentation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with marketing and sales teams
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred
• Experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Amharic or other local languages is beneficial
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or a related field is preferred
