1. Junior Cupping Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Plant Sciences, Food Science, Agronomy, Applied Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Applicants must hold a valid Cupping Certificate

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Strong interest in the coffee industry and willingness to learn are highly valued; extensive work experience is not required.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong sensory abilities, particularly taste and smell
• Excellent attention to detail for identifying physical defects and carrying out accurate laboratory measurements
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or database entry for digital record keeping
• Good communication skills in Amharic and basic functional English, particularly for understanding coffee export terminology
• Active listening skills

2. Sales Officer

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, or another business-related field from a recognized and accredited university

Experience

• No prior work experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
• A valid Ethiopian driving license is an added advantage
