Hagerie Television Vacancy 2026 – Sales & Marketing Executive

Hagerie Television is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join its team as a Sales & Marketing Executive in Addis Ababa.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in a media organization, advertising agency, telecom company, or corporate commercial environment in Ethiopia is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of media pricing structures, broadcast sponsorship packages, and marketing return on investment (ROI).
• Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.

Applicants should be energetic, target-oriented, professional, trustworthy, and capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting demanding broadcast deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Generating advertising revenue and securing corporate sponsorship opportunities.
• Expanding the organization’s commercial presence across TV and digital platforms.
• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and local brands.
• Coordinating advertising campaigns from contract signing through final campaign reporting.
• Identifying new business and marketing opportunities.
