Kality Foods is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Van Sales Person (CSR – Van Sales). The company is seeking energetic sales professionals who can drive sales growth, expand customer coverage, strengthen retailer relationships, and ensure excellent product availability across assigned territories.

Position: Van Sales Person (CSR – Van Sales)

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Economics, or any related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven FMCG field sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily van sales activities within assigned routes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Expand customer coverage and recruit new retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper product availability and merchandising.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle cash collections and prepare daily sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures.
