The U.S. Mission in Ethiopia is inviting applications from eligible and qualified candidates for two positions in Addis Ababa: Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC) and Dispatcher .

1. Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC)
Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC) Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Salary: USD 15,808 per year Employment Type: Full-Time
Education Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required, together with two years of successful completion of a specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journey-level professionals in one or more of the following areas:
HVAC Plumbing Electrical systems Maintenance and construction services

Experience Requirements
Applicants must have:
At least five years of progressive experience in the practical application of advanced, technician-level electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering systems. Experience ensuring that central systems or equipment function properly. Experience performing hands-on repairs on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems and equipment as required. At least one additional year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor in construction, facility maintenance, or building operations.

Language Requirements
Good working knowledge of English in speaking, reading, and writing is required. Good working knowledge of Amharic in speaking, reading, and writing is required. Language proficiency may be tested.
