Available Job Positions
1. Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer – 8 Positions
Location: Addis Ababa
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related engineering field. NEBOSH certification in IGC1 and IGC2. 2–3 years of experience coordinating HSE in a large construction project or manufacturing sector.
Key Competencies
Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards. Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, safety directives, and environmental regulations. Risk assessment and hazard identification. First aid and emergency preparedness. Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements. Attention to detail. Teamwork and collaboration.
2. Finance System Management Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage. ERP certification is an advantage.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems. Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms. Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation. Experience in a complex organization is preferred. Real estate or construction experience is an advantage.
3. Project Finance & Cost Control Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Project management, quantity surveying, or cost engineering qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, management accounting, construction finance, or related fields. Strong experience managing finance for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive projects is highly desirable.
