1. Branch Manager I
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.
Duty Stations: Dire Dawa, Harar, and Jigjiga

3. Customer Service Officer

4. Junior Customer Service Officer
