ASER Construction PLC is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for several job opportunities available in Addis Ababa and its project locations. The company operates in areas including transportation, water works, building construction, real estate development, and other construction-related activities.

Available Positions

1. Transistor

Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in import-related work.

2. Senior Secretary

Qualification: BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in an import or construction company.

3. Accountant

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience working as a general accountant in finance.

4. Procurement Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of direct experience in a construction company.
Required: 2 employees.

5. Public Relations Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirement: Practical knowledge of video editing and photography is mandatory.

6. Trainer and Examiner – Operator and Driver

Qualification: BSc Degree or higher in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a driver, heavy equipment operator, trainer, and examiner.

7. Senior Office Engineer – Real Estate

Qualification: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in a real estate construction company.

8. Concrete Pump Operator and Driver

Qualification: Grade 8 or above.
Requirement: Valid driver's license.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.

9. Senior Office Engineer – Plant and Production

Qualification: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in plant, HCB, tiles production, or related construction operations.

10. Project Secretary

Qualification: BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a construction company.

11. Senior Mechanic

Qualification: Level III or above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.

12. Senior Industrial Electrician

Qualification: Level III or above in Electricity or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a construction company.
Required: 2 employees.

13. Local Purchase Section Head

Qualification: BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the construction industry.

14. Insurance Division Head

Qualification: BA Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A law degree with an insurance specialization is also an advantage.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years of direct construction-industry experience.

15. Senior Accountant

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience: At least 10 years of accounting experience in a construction company.

16. Building and Real Estate Department Manager

Qualification: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience in the real estate industry, including a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a real estate company.
