Position: Trainee Banker
About Anbessa International Bank S.C.
Anbessa International Bank S.C. was established on October 2, 2006 (G.C.) and officially commenced operations on January 6, 2007. The bank was founded by 3,739 shareholders with an initial subscribed capital of ETB 432.5 million and a paid-up capital of ETB 108.2 million.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
No prior work experience is required.
Additional Requirements
Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Applicants must have successfully passed the National Exit Exam.
Only graduates from the 2025 and 2026 G.C. academic years are eligible.
Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills in Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English.
Previous experience in the banking or microfinance sector is considered an added advantage.
Duty Station
Successful candidates will be assigned to branches operating under:
Burayu Sub-Branch
Legetafo Sub-Branch
Salary
Salary will be offered according to the bank's established salary scale.
