ACE Investment & Impact Advisor PLC is inviting motivated and talented graduates to apply for the position of Trainee Analyst at its Addis Ababa office.

Position: Trainee Analyst

Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above.

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience, including internships, research projects, or other project-based assignments.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent data visualization and design skills, capable of producing clear dashboards, presentations, infographics, and other visual communication materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with additional analytical tools is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while adapting to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving situations with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and organize data from documents, databases, field interviews, and other relevant sources.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate practical insights and recommendations.
• Assist in developing strategic documents, analytical reports, policy briefs, and meeting summaries.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, data visualizations, and infographics to effectively communicate findings.
• Participate in meetings, interviews, and discussions with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present research findings and recommendations to the ACE leadership team.
