Dodai Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for eight available positions in Addis Ababa. The opportunities cover manufacturing, customer experience, accounting, logistics, site operations, and battery engineering.

1. Junior Assembly Technician

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field; or
• TVET qualification in a relevant field.

Experience & Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a factory environment, preferably working with similar products such as E2W or E3W.
• Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

2. Junior Customer Experience Officer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call-center, or front-facing service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer-support systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic data-entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.

3. Accounting/Finance Manager

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• 7–9 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading or supervising external, internal, and tax audits.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and financial reporting accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.

Key Skills: Auditing, leadership, team management, Ethiopian tax laws, internal audit, and controls.

4. Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations.
• Automotive, mobility, or telecommunications experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing teams such as call centers, CRM, or after-sales teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Familiarity with CRM and data analytics platforms such as Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
• Strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

5. Senior Accountant

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Skills: Audit and compliance management; knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.

6. Battery Site Acquisition Supervisor

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, logistics, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience managing teams or coordinating field staff.
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively for site assessments and field visits.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously.

7. Warehouse Supervisor

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience & Skills

• At least 4 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory-control procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.

8. Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, battery systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong electrical fundamentals, including high-voltage (HV) architecture and contactors.
• Experience using testing instruments such as IR meters, multimeters, and DAQ equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and certification testing methods.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
