We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following position:
Position: Retail Sales Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow fuel, lubricants, LPG, and non‑fuel products Drive profitability and monitor station performance across assigned territory Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards through inspections, audits, and training Promote safety culture via Near Miss reporting and STOP card usage Oversee shop and food service concepts (e.g., Café Bonjour) and ensure HACCP compliance Analyze station profitability, prepare P&L reports, and monitor dealer financial performance Build strong dealer and customer relationships, handle complaints, and support marketing campaigns Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements
Qualifications:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or energy sector Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple stations and priorities Proficiency in MS Office, reporting systems, ERP/Salesforce Excellent written and spoken English
