Position 1: Country Manager Ethiopia
Education & Experience:
University degree with relevant commercial/business qualifications Significant senior or general management experience in logistics, express, aviation, or similar service industries Broad understanding of functional business aspects and proven experience managing Profit & Loss entities Strong business acumen and awareness of external economic environments Exceptional leadership and motivational skills aligned with DHL’s values Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Position 2: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ethiopia
Education:
Post‑graduate qualification in Financial Management Honours Degree Professional accountancy qualification
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of IFRS, corporate tax, compliance, and customs regulatory environment
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in financial management within international service environments At least 5 years in global express and/or freight forwarding business Strong operational process knowledge with strategic perspective
