Position 1: Accountant
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a recognized institution Experience: Minimum 1 year in a business organization 📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa 💰 Salary & Benefits: As per company scale
Position 2: Senior Claim Officer
Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields Experience: Minimum 4 years in middle or officer‑level claims roles 📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa 💰 Salary & Benefits: As per company scale
Position 3: Share & Investment Division Manager
Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Investment & Securities Management, or related fields Experience:
BA: Minimum 8 years (including 4 years in senior/principal roles) MA: Minimum 6 years (including 3 years in senior/principal roles)
Additional Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of claims policies and procedures Strong dedication and teamwork capacity Understanding of share & investment management in insurance Knowledge of finance policies, procedures, and government regulations Diploma in insurance is an advantage
