Position 1: Junior Dispute Settlement Officer
Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital banking business areas, dispute settlement, or related operations 📍 Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Dispute Settlement Officer
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields Experience: 4/6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years as Dispute Settlement Officer or equivalent role 📍 Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Senior Payment Card Support Officer
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with at least 2 years as Payment Card Support Officer or equivalent digital banking role 📍 Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Manager
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields Experience: 5/7 years in banking, including at least 2 years as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking role 📍 Place of Work: Melka Rafu, Awebera, and Meskelegna Branches under Dire Dawa District
