About the Role:- we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Specialist to manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and tenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, coordinating bid documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting the company's business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate tender and bidding opportunities from government, private, and international organizations.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with technical, financial, procurement, and management teams to gather required information.
Maintain an organized database of tender documents, contracts, and bid records.
Analyze tender requirements, risks, and commercial terms.
Monitor tender results and provide feedback and recommendations for future bids.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, procurement, or contract administration.
Strong knowledge of public and private sector tendering procedures.
Excellent document preparation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
