Director, Strategy & Transformation

The Director of Strategy & Transformation at Hijra Bank S.C. plays a pivotal role in shaping the bank's strategic direction and driving transformation initiatives within the organization. This full-time executive position is located in the office in Addis Ababa and requires a strong focus on financial strategy and leadership. The successful candidate will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with the bank's long-term goals. The role demands a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of the banking sector and to ensure the growth of the company by developing strategies, leading the strategy implementation, and monitoring proper implementation.
Qualification
Master’s/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields
Experience
Ten(10) or twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience for master's and bachelor's, respectively, out of which four (4) years in a managerial position in  Strategy, business development, CRM, and Branch Operations area.
IFB Training Certification is Mandatory)
