Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess a Master's degree or higher in the relevant field. Some positions require a PhD, while TEFL applicants must also have Higher Diploma Program (HDP) certification. Candidates should have strong subject knowledge and practical teaching skills relevant to the position they are applying for.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution is required for most positions.
- Some technical positions also accept relevant industry or professional experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong technical and instructional competencies related to their field of specialization.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the university's academic and administrative requirements, including:
- Meeting the minimum CGPA requirements based on category.
- Holding degrees earned through regular study programs at recognized higher education institutions.
- Achieving a thesis result of B+, Very Good, or an equivalent grade.
- Being under 45 years of age, or under 50 for PhD and Assistant Professor applicants.
- Providing official work experience letters and release/clearance documents where applicable.
- Submitting a valid police clearance certificate.
