Nib Insurance S.C. is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for several vacant positions at its Head Office in Addis Ababa.

Established on May 2, 2002, Nib Insurance began operations with 658 shareholders, an authorized capital of Birr 50 million, paid-up capital of Birr 14 million, four branches, and fewer than 50 employees. Today, the company has grown significantly, with over 1,014 shareholders and a paid-up capital of Birr 250 million, offering both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services across Ethiopia.

Position 1: Human Resource Officer I

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be 2025/26 G.C. (2018 E.C.) graduates who have successfully passed the national exit examination.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates (No prior work experience required).

Job Grade: V

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Research and Product Development Officer I

Qualification

  • BA/BSc Degree in Banking and Insurance, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Applicants must be 2025/26 G.C. (2018 E.C.) graduates with a passing score on the exit examination.
  • Experience: No previous work experience required.

Job Grade: V

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Surveyor I

Qualification

  • BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Junior Surveyor or in a comparable position.

Job Grade: VI

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 4: Auditor II

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as an Auditor I or in an equivalent role.

Job Grade: VII
