1. Surge Medical Doctor

Requirements

2. Surge Midwife

The Surge Midwife will support the delivery of maternal and newborn health services at assigned health facilities. Responsibilities include ANC, delivery, PNC, newborn care, family planning counseling, maternal and child health education, referrals, and technical support to health workers.

• Diploma or Degree in Midwifery with valid registration and practicing license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with one year of NGO experience preferred.
• Experience in MCH departments and labor wards at primary healthcare facilities.
• Strong written and spoken Sidamigna.
• Training in areas such as BEMONC, HTSP, and IMNCI.

3. Pharmacy Technician

4. Nutrition/IYCF Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
• MPH in Nutrition is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in nutrition programming, IYCF counseling, or CMAM, preferably with an NGO or humanitarian organization.
• Knowledge of IYCF, CMAM, SAM/MAM management, and national nutrition guidelines.
• Experience training and supervising health workers or community volunteers.
• Familiarity with DHIS2, SMART surveys, and MUAC screening is desirable.
• Strong communication and community mobilization skills.
• Sidamigna language is desirable.
• Ability to travel frequently to remote or hard-to-reach locations.
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

5. MHNT Nurse

The MHNT Nurse will support mobile health and nutrition services, including immunization, health education, nutrition screening, OTP services, referrals, community health activities, and support to health extension workers. • At least 2 years of post-graduation experience, including one year of NGO experience.
