DRC is currently recruiting qualified professionals for the following positions.
Position 1. Support Services Team Leader
Duty Station: Debark/Dabat, Ethiopia
Contract: 12 Months | National Contract | Band G (Management)
Expected Start Date: August 15, 2026
Job Summary
The Support Services Team Leader will oversee Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Supply Chain functions at the area office. The role ensures compliance with DRC policies, donor regulations, and national laws while supporting efficient programme implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance, HR, Administration, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
Supervise procurement, fleet, warehouse, asset, and IT operations.
Coordinate audits, risk management, and internal controls.
Prepare operational and financial reports.
Support organizational planning and donor compliance.
Requirements
Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or management experience.
Experience in humanitarian operations, donor compliance, budgeting, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Position 2. Supply Chain Assistant
Duty Station: Humera, Ethiopia
Contract: 12 Months | National Contract | Band I2
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Assistant will support procurement, warehouse, fleet, asset management, and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with DRC procedures and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support procurement and supplier management.
Maintain procurement records and reports.
Assist with warehouse, fleet, and asset management.
Monitor deliveries and procurement plans.
Ensure compliance with DRC operational guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within NGOs.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Maintain leave, attendance, and training records.
Support performance management and staff orientation.
Coordinate office administration and facility management.
Assist with procurement and warehouse administration.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems is an advantage.
