Position 1: Finance and Admin Assistant

Duty Station: Humera, Ethiopia

Job Summary

The Finance and Admin Assistant will support daily financial and administrative operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, assisting with bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Previous experience with NGOs or humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, cash management, and payment processing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Position 2: HR and Admin Assistant

Duty Station: Debark/Dabat, Ethiopia

Job Summary

The HR and Admin Assistant will provide administrative and human resource support, assist with staff coordination, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and Ethiopian labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian labor law and administrative procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced English language skills; knowledge of Amharic is preferred.

Position 3: Supply Chain Assistant

Duty Station: Humera, Ethiopia

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Assistant will support logistics and procurement activities, including fleet management, asset management, inventory control, and distribution operations to ensure efficient program implementation.

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Supplies Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in humanitarian logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience managing suppliers and service providers.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • NGO experience is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, including word processing and database applications.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Position 4: Support Service Team Leader

Duty Station: Debark/Dabat, Ethiopia

Job Summary

The Support Service Team Leader will oversee finance, human resources, administration, and supply chain functions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. The role also includes supervising support teams, managing budgets, and strengthening operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong experience in finance, HR, administration, and supply chain management.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects and donor compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
