Role description

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documents.
· Store materials in an organized, safe, and secure manner to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
· Issue materials only against properly approved store requisition requests and maintain accurate issue records.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock movements in the inventory management system or ERP.
· Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory balances with system records.
· Monitor stock levels and notify the Procurement Department of items that require replenishment.
· Identify and report damaged, obsolete, expired, or slow-moving inventory to management.
· Ensure proper labeling, coding, and arrangement of all items for easy identification and retrieval.
· Maintain proper documentation of all receiving, issuing, transfer, and stock adjustment transactions.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Safeguard company inventory by implementing effective stock control and security measures.
· Assist internal and external auditors during stock verification and inventory audits.
· Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
·  Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the Store Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Supply Chain Manager.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.
Experience using ERP systems (such as Odoo or SAP) is an advantage.
