Available Positions

1. Manager – Project Operations

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

OR

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 4 years of project management experience.

Additional Advantage

• PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification.

2. Project Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction site engineering, preferably in piling, shoring, or foundation projects.

3. Site Engineer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising construction sites, preferably in foundation or geotechnical works.

4. Construction Foreman I

Qualification

• TVET Level V in Construction or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a construction foreman, preferably in foundation engineering projects.

5. Office Engineer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office engineering, contract administration, or document control.

6. Design Engineer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in foundation or geotechnical design.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in geotechnical design software such as PLAXIS, GEO5, or equivalent.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Ethiopian Engineers Association is an advantage.

7. Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining heavy construction equipment or machinery.

Preferred

• Experience working with foundation drilling rigs or similar equipment.

8. Mechanic I

Qualification

• TVET Level V in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment or construction machinery.

9. HR & Administration Officer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.

10. Warehouse & Inventory Officer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.

Additional Requirement

• Good knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

11. Procurement & Import Officer II

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and import operations.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Permanent (after successful completion of the probation period)
• Work Location: Addis Ababa, with possible travel to project sites across Ethiopia.
