DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach team members in the correct execution of their tasks.
Ensuring that team members understand and adhere to the operational, quality and process standards, work instructions, work practice deployment plans and performance target.
Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to quality standards.
Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure team alignment.
Coach and support team members in using the correct problem-solving techniques to solve situational problems.
Track and monitor waste and defect
Prepare periodical reports
Evaluate the performance of the team
Track raw materials and inputs stock status and report accordingly
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Food Science Engineering/Chemical Engineering or a similar field of study
2 years of relevant working experience.
