Shabelle Bank S.C. is inviting eligible and qualified consulting firms or professional teams to submit proposals for a capacity-building training project focused on Employee Performance Management, Competency Framework, and Succession Planning.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Capacity Building Training on Employee Performance Management System (EPMS), Competency Framework & Succession Planning

Required Qualifications & Experience

Interested firms or professional teams must meet the following requirements:

• The proposed team should include qualified professionals holding Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related fields.
• The organization must be legally registered in Ethiopia and possess a valid and renewed business license.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing or providing consultancy services related to:
  • Employee Performance Management Systems (EPMS)
  • Career Planning and Succession Management
  • Competency Frameworks and Competency Directories
• The Project Leader must have at least 10 years of experience in similar assignments.
• Team members should have a strong understanding of Ethiopia’s relevant regulatory environment and HRM policies, particularly those applicable to Sharia-based/interest-free banking institutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and relevant banking regulations is required.
• Previous experience in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations will be considered an added advantage.
