The company is currently seeking talented professionals to support its expanding biomedical and laboratory solutions business.

Available Positions

1. Service Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates (0 years) are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with 2 or 4 years of relevant experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission medical equipment according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Conduct calibration and performance verification.
• Prepare installation, maintenance, and technical service reports.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

2. Application Specialist

Qualification

• BSc or MSc in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) laboratory equipment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for laboratory equipment.
• Support customers during installation and implementation.
• Deliver technical presentations and user training.
• Configure laboratory analyzers and application parameters.
• Assist laboratories with calibration, quality control, and performance evaluation.
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
• Prepare user guides and technical documentation.
