Available Positions

1. Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in planning, monitoring, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning activities.
• Develop annual plans and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs and project performance.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support proposal writing, tender preparation, and business expansion initiatives.

2. Project Accountant

Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in project accounting, construction accounting, or similar roles.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or ICT projects is highly preferred.
• ERP system experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Track project expenses and cash flow.
• Process invoices and payment certificates.
• Prepare financial and cost reports.
• Coordinate financial performance with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms.

3. Senior Accountant

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior accounting position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Supervise daily accounting operations.
• Manage tax declarations and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgeting and cash flow.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Improve accounting systems and financial controls.

4. Senior Human Resource Officer

Qualification

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Construction sector experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law.
• Support payroll administration and attendance management.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Assist project teams on HR-related activities.
