Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.

Work Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Officer in Treasury, Fund Management, or a closely related area.

Required Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic banking environment.
• Good analytical and financial management skills.
