Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Investment Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer service.
- At least one year of experience in a senior or supervisory role is required.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and support team members.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to improve customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer service activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Monitor customer service performance and prepare regular operational reports.
- Lead, mentor, and support customer service staff to achieve departmental objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
