Craft Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join its team as a Sales Supervisor / Team Lead. The company is seeking an experienced leader who can oversee field sales operations, drive driver acquisition targets, coach team members, and ensure high performance across the sales team.

Position: Sales Supervisor / Team Lead

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Equivalent work experience may also be considered.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, field operations, supply operations, or team supervision.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience in driver acquisition, ride-hailing, or field sales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Sales Leads to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Recruit and onboard new Sales Agents when vacancies arise.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated performance reports.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to resolve onboarding and registration issues.
  • Ensure high standards of attendance, discipline, and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within assigned operational areas.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary.
  • Familiarity with Addis Ababa road networks is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Amharic is required.
  • English language skills are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Afaan Oromo is an added advantage.
