The Sales Supervisor at Ramid Trading PLC will oversee the sales team and drive the execution of sales strategies to meet company targets. This full-time, mid-level position requires a proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. The role involves fostering strong relationships within the team and with clients, while also ensuring effective planning and coordination of sales activities in an office setting in Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing to align promotional activities with sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and set new objectives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Ensure the team is trained on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
