Adiu Communication Service PLC is inviting qualified and competent professionals to apply for six available positions. The Ethiopian company operates across Telecom Implementation Services, Enterprise ICT Services, and Solar & Green Technology.

Position 1: Sales Representative

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B ICT sales.
• Experience selling enterprise ICT solutions.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, cloud, and data-center solutions.

Position 2: Senior Sales Representative

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public-sector account management.

Position 3: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or related areas.

Position 4: Lead – Import and Export

Education

• BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in import/export or supply-chain operations.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with import/export documentation and banking procedures.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply-chain operations.

Position 5: Senior Strategic Transformation & Organizational Development Officer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
  • Strategy
  • Organizational development
  • Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Business analysis
  • Performance management
  • Market research
  • Project coordination
  • Continuous improvement
• Experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, engineering, renewable energy, BPO/ITO, or related sectors is an advantage.

Position 6: Senior IMS Expert

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience implementing or maintaining management systems.

Required Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

Candidates should also have hands-on experience in implementing and auditing these management systems.

Additional Requirements

• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Experience working with certification bodies.
• Knowledge and experience in compliance activities.

Employment Terms

• Contract: 6 months to 1 year
• Working Arrangement: Negotiable, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week
