Position 1: Key Account Supervisor

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the water or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows and Excel.
  • Data entry skills.

Position 2: Sales Person

Number of Vacancies: 2

Qualification

  • Diploma or BA Degree in Marketing Management or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the water industry or a similar company is preferred.

Position 3: Human Resource and Administration Director

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and administration leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or real estate.

Key Competencies

  • HR policy development and implementation.
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Employee relations and performance management.
  • Payroll and compensation administration.
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws.
  • Leadership, organizational development, and change management.

Position 4: Finance Director

Qualification

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in financial management.

Position 5: Deputy Finance Manager

Qualification

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

Experience

  • MBA holders: Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • BA holders: Minimum 10 years of relevant financial management experience.

Position 6: Senior Accountant

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior-level position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure tax compliance and payroll processing.
  • Maintain cost accounting systems.
  • Prepare financial statements and support internal audits.

Position 7: Senior Human Resource Officer

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 2 years in a senior-level role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding.
  • Employee records management.
  • Payroll administration.
  • HR reporting.
  • Database and personnel file management.
