PEACE Microfinance provides financial services to rural farmers and small-scale entrepreneurs in rural and urban areas. The institution operates 32 branches across Ethiopia and connects its branches with the Head Office through a core banking system.

1. Senior Risk Management & Compliance Officer

• Vacancies: 1
• Education: BA in Management or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years
• Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2. Senior Accountant

• Vacancies: 1
• Education: BA in Accounting and Finance
• Experience: 5+ years
• Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

3. Junior Motorist/Expeditor

• Vacancies: 1
• Education: 10th Grade plus Motorcycle Driving License
• Experience: 2 years
• Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

4. Branch Manager

• Vacancies: 8
• Education: BA in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience: 4+ years
• Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Oromia (Bale and Arsi), Amhara, South Ethiopia, Sidama, and Central Ethiopia

5. Auditor II

• Education: BA in Accounting or Auditing
• Experience: 2 years
