Sales & Marketing Manager

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:

• Marketing Management
• Business Administration
• Management
• Economics
• International Business
• Other closely related disciplines

A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, brand management, sales management, market expansion, and distribution management.
• Experience overseeing consumer brands, retail markets, distributors, and commercial teams is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in bottled water, beverages, coffee, food manufacturing, or other FMCG sectors is considered an added advantage.
