Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 5/7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial operations.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial products, building materials, chemicals, engineering products, or related sectors is advantageous.
Proven track record in market development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Experience in preparing sales strategies, marketing plans, and business forecasts.
Strong experience in customer relationship management and contract negotiation.
Experience in encouraging negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients.
Foster a customer-centric approach to build lasting relationships.
