The hotel is currently recruiting qualified candidates for senior sales and event management positions.

Position 1: Sales Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
• Conduct professional sales calls and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and event spaces.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests when required.

Position 2: Associate Director of Event Sales

Qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Lead event sales activities and maximize conference and banquet revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and wedding planners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper management of event bookings and contracts.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
