Required Experience

Applicants should have:

• Proven sales experience in wood products, furniture manufacturing, carpentry and finishing materials, or related industries.
• A strong leadership record with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with excellent planning and execution skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preparing sales reports, monitoring KPIs, and managing modern sales processes.
• Experience selling to one or more of the company's core customer segments. Experience across multiple customer groups is an added advantage.
