Position 1: Sales Lead

Job Summary

Little Technologies is seeking a motivated Sales Lead to drive customer acquisition, coordinate field sales activities, and lead a high-performing sales team while ensuring business growth and operational excellence.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, field operations, or a related role.
• Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
• Experience in the ride-hailing or mobility industry is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor / Team Lead

Job Summary

Little Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor / Team Lead to oversee sales operations, recruit and mentor team members, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, field operations, supply operations, or team supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Experience in driver acquisition, ride-hailing, or field sales is an added advantage.
